EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that buying online can be scary as you don't always get what you thought you would.
When shopping with SWIMSUPPLY you don't need to worry about this because we are so confident that you will love our products that we will happily exchange any item within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are in original condition and packaging, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we won’t accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
SWIMSUPPLY offers a full refund ONLY in the cases where the items are faulty or have a manufacturing issue as per the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, we will happily exchange it or provide a refund in accordance with applicable Australian consumer legislation. Please contact us at info@swimsupply.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we can attend to your case as soon as possible.
Email info@swimsupply.com.au requesting a return reference number.
Use the return reference number on the parcel of the garment so that we can identify it and assess the item.
Once the items have been received and assessed, you will either receive the new item or full refund when applicable (excluding original shipping cost).

Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns unless the garment is faulty

SWIMSUPPLY has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use

SWIMSUPPLY can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of SWIMSUPPLY receiving the return parcel
